Can I use Quartus Lite to program a cyclone 10CL?

I am being tasked to load code into the 10CL025YU256C8G. I am not a programmer but a test engineer. I have the USB Blaster already, but am not sure which loader I should use.

It's actually a Cyclone 10 LP. Yes, you can use the Lite edition:
