Can Not load design when using modelsim altera version to simulate DDR2 HPCII

Please see in attached. It is likely the ddr2_phy_alt_mem_phy_seq" is vhdl version and modelsim altera can not support mix language. How to solve this. I do not think the embedded simulation tool can not do such a basic task.:(
