I cannot load the .sof or .pof file
When I open the programmer the FPGA is visible in the window and the .sof file is loaded. When I hit Start the Progess window say “Fail”
When I hit Autodetect I have an option for DA, DAES and DC
None not these work
My Altera DK-DEV-10M50-A is working using the Board Test System.
What should my JTAG chain look like?

While you are programming the .sof via Quartus programmer, are you still opening/using the Board Test System GUI at the same time?
If yes, you need to close Board Test System, then program via programmer tool.

Yes, the PcbTest program is closed. In the meantime, I managed to program the .sof file successfully. However, I’m unsure about the correct setup for the JTAG chain in the programmer window. The only way I can get a successful programming status is if I have two “..484C6GES” devices visible and select the left device. I’ve created a simple program to toggle the user LED D15 (I also tried the other LEDs), but there’s no activity on the LEDs, indicating the program may not be running. Could you please help?

You'd better provide screenshot for the Programmer tool window, normally there should be only one device after doing autodetect.
And you need to check if led pin is assigned correctly.

Hi AndreVR,
Any updates on the suggestions provided by BXia? It might also be worth checking if the LED pin is assigned correctly, as this could be related to the issue.
Regards,
Fakhrul
