Hi All,
I've looked at every solution this error that's already been posted and I can't resolve this 209014 error on my Cyclone III. I have 4 boards prototyped, on three of them I am able to configure the FPGA without a problem. On the fourth I receive this error whenever I attempt to program it. I have my nCE connected to ground, as well as my Conf_Done pin, through 10k resistors (I have also tried 1k to no avail). My signals on the JTAG line have a small, but tolerant, amount of ringing. I know the FPGA may be bad, but is there a way to test the IC before I try just swapping it out so that I can know if it's a physical problem? I am trying to use the .sof file for programming, but this problem is the same whether I use the .sof, or a .jic to program an EPCS4. I am in JTAG mode, and I have my MSEL pins all tied to ground. I'm using a 144 pin EQFP package.Link Copied
