DDR3 simulation cannot find hex file

Using Arria 10

after update from quartus 16 to quartus 19.1 pro, DDR3 IP automatically update

But simulation continue reporting cannot find a hex file in folder "/altera_emif_arch_nf_191/sim", although hex file already there

how can I fix this issue?

Hi HC929,

When you upgrading to newer Quartus version, you have to upgrade and regenerate the IP.

Same with the simulation file.

You need to regenerate the simulation file from newer Quartus version.
