DSP builder Quartus Prime II standard

Hello everyone. 
I recently purchased DE-10 Standard from Terassic Taiwan. I want to install DSP builder in Quartus Prime Standard. I did some research about the versions of software I need to install. I also want integrate Matlab/Simulink with DSP builder and Quartus prime II standard. So far, my understanding is that I have to install Quartus Prime II 18.1, incorporate it with the DSP builder of 18.1, and install MATLAB 2013a.

I want to know if any one has tried to do similar things like I do. 
I am using UBUNTU 24.04 LTS version.
