Device Archive File (*.qda) problem during 10.1 installation in Linux

Hi All, 

 I am getting the following error while installing 10.1 on Linux. I used the command line method i.e. using setup command and some options to install quartus alone.  Quartus II tool, as such, has got installed properly.
