From today I m unable to use Quartus. it is latest 13.0sp1 version and suddenly program sopped working. I send mail to technical support but no answer. Here is attached log file. I could only see that files are there where it should be and that they are not modified or replaced by any way(virus etc...).
Error found while sourcing: c:/altera/13.0sp1/quartus/common/tcl/internal/init/ddr_timing_model.pkg_info ERROR: Can't load library: c:\altera\13.0sp1\quartus\bin\tsm_ddrtcl.dll. The operating system reports the following error: The specified module could not be found.Link Copied

If it's .dlls and other low-level files erroring out, I think something got corrupted. Would recommend uninstalling and re-installing. I doubt tech support is going to help, as this is probably not repeatable. They might have something, but biting the bullet and re-installing will probably be faster.

Thank you for the answer. I reinstalled it number of times but it is the same. In the same time separate package(programmer and signal tap) works but main quartus application don't.

Yuck. Not sure, but make sure you put that info in your tech support request, as I'm guessing they'll suggest the same thing, and you can head that one off. Good luck.

I will try to install it another HDD partition maybe something corrupt in primary one. All of this is strange because it seems that those dlls are also used by programmer/signaltap standalone package and that is working.
Edit: It does not work again, installing on another partition didn't help.
