Flash programming stratix V device

While trying to program flash device, with a ,pof file, on a stratix V development board using parallel flash loader, the programming fails with error  209048 verify block 0x00000000 - 0x00000800 failure on device number 1. We are using quartus prime 18.1 standard edition. What could be the possible cause and how this issue can be resolved?

Hi,


Can you remove the verify feature in the Quartus Programmer and see if the FPGA is able to be configured successfully after power cycle?
