Getting a module load error (Error 105)

This is immediately after upgrading to version 20.3

Getting an error 105 when trying to load module quartus/203.

Anyone telling me what this is referring to and how I can correct it? It sounds like an install error, but  support is not returning any results

I think you forgot to attach the screenshot.  Where and when are you seeing this error?
