HELP!!! Interfacing with ADC and FPGA board

Hi guys,

I am tying to interface with ADC(ADS 6445evm) and fpga (Cyclone 4 GX EP4CGX150BF14) using SPI . Can any one please help me with any sample verilog code and references. I would appreciate any kind of help.

I have another question. Can I use QSYS to interface USB, serial devices and character LCD? If yes, then does it mean i have to build/ use NIOS processor ?
