Help about altfp_exp

Hi All 

I want to insert altfp_exp megacore function to my block diagram. However, I have a problem. when I try to insert altfp_exp megafunction, a message such "loading megawizard" is visible in the screen, and the megawizard has not started. May anyone send me a simple design example with .bsf files.  Thanks.

here's an altfp_exp with default parameters generated for CIII in QII 9.1sp2. 

 you might look into reinstalling or otherwise debugging your original issue

Thank you very much. I reinstalled my quartus II 9.1 and then I installed the Sp2. But the problem has not been solved yet.
