How do you transfer data to fpga with usb?

I would like to send the data between pc and usb using the de2-115 board.

For pc, we plan to design a process of passing data through fpga to usb and conversely for usb, passing data through fpga to pc.

Is there anything I can refer to, such as manuals or some kind of library?

What I am saying now is not to use usblaster to connect computers with fpga, but to exchange data such as files.

The DE2-115 Development board is from Terasic inc, and it supports the USB host/slave Controller with USB type A and type B connectors.
