How to check if USB Blaster drivers are installed in a machine?

Hi,Is there a way of programatically checking if the USB Blaster cables are installed and ready to go?Thanks,David

Run:quartus_pgm -lat a command prompt. That'll tell you what cables are installed. 

 

Is that 'programatically' enough....?
