How to give inputs from pc to my circuit programmed onto fpga board

I have created a circuit which takes several inputs. Board I use is DE10-nano. I need to give those inputs from my pc. What is the approach I should use. UART/Ethernet ?

Hi there, i believe DE-10 nano is made by Terasic, perhaps you can search their website to look for useful reference design that could help you to link your board to PC.
