When I download

Quartus Prime Software v16.1 Update 2 (2gb)

from the below mentioned link

https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/16.1/?edition=standard&platform=linux

The downloaded file is a huge .txt file and not an executable.

How do I update my Quartus Prime standard 16.1.0.196 to 16.1.203 on Linux platform?
