I can't download Quartus Prime Software

Hello! I want to download Quartus Prime Lite Edition Design Software, Version 20.1.1 for Windows, but I have trouble downloading the combined software .tar file. I registered on the site, read the instructions, but when I click on the button with the arrow, the download of the file does not start.
