Improvements to RTL Viewer in Quartus

I am using Quartus 12.1, Build 177. It seems to me the RTL viewer has improved. Specifically, the majority of internal signals in a design are routed to busses on the top and bottom of the RTL viewer. I believe this may be a consequence of the migration to Qsys. Has anyone else notice this? I typically will check my designs in RTL viewer for overall congruency to the HDL design, and to see the hierarchical organization of the design. Thanks, James
