I have to make a project which is door lock and i have to use keypad membrane to put the input for my 8 to 3 encoder. And from the output of encoder, i want to use it as input for my 4 comparator, the problem is, i don't know who to pin the assignment at the same pin planner

In the "Pin Planner", at the bottom will be a list of all your top level signal names.

Double click the 'Location' cell next to each signal. This will allow you to assign the pin you want.

You can read more on: Managing Device IO Pins or tutorial video.

I hope it helps.
