Installing Subscription Edition 15.0.0.145 Hangs Unpacking Files

My install for Quartus II Subscription Edition 15.0.0.145 does not end. It gets to about the end during "Unpacking files," but doesn't finish. My OS is Windows 7, 64 bit running on VM Fusion 7.1.2 with 2 processor cores and 4 GB of memory, and a MacBook Pro OS X Yosemtie 10.10.5

oh no.... do you enable sufficient space for theVM setting?

Or only the 15.0? You can try with older version and see.
