i am very new to forum and fpga too. i have ordered fpga based dev board which includes EP2C5T144C8N fpga. Can i program this fpga using web edition.Link Copied

You need V13.0sp1 or earlier to support the Cyclone II.

i can't download the files it get cancelled after 5-10 minutes.

You appear to have installed the subscription edition version not the web edition one. The web edition one is the free one.
