Issues with connection of two PISO registers

Hi, I just connected two PISO registers together and I want to right shift the entire word.

I put as input "10000" for the second register and "00011" for the first register, but I received as output "10000000011" with an added

0 in the middle of the word.

I'm attacching all the files (with the testbench).
