License does not contain information required to run

Hello, I am running Quartus Prime18.1 Standard Edition on Windows 10 Pro.

My company had purchased a floating license for the Quartus software. Another employee had been using it successfully. I used the same license a few months ago to compile their project, in order to confirm I had the license set up properly.

It worked as expected.

Now, when I attempt to compile a new project, I get the error message:

Error (292027): Specified license does not contain information required to run the Quartus Prime software.

I get the same result when trying to compile the old project that worked before. I haven't changed anything with regards to the license setup.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks!

Any chance the license expired?  It is annual after all.  Check in Tools -> License setup.

It says "Subscription Expiration: Not Found"

I looked inside the License.dat itself, and it was generated February 24th 2022, so not expired yet.

Unfortunately, I can't even submit a support request for this because the link isn't working on Intel's site!

Hello

To further understand the issue, could you get me the:

1) license.dat file

2) Full Output of “lmutil lmstat –a –c <port>@<address>” server and client

3) debug/error.log (if any)
