MegaWizard has been frozen during User Flash Memory generation with initial value.

I have a problem in using MegaWizard for User Flash Memory generation with initial value. 

After all parameter setting and clicked finish, MegaWizard has been frozen. 

On the Windows task manager, It is still running. 

It doesn't generate library files except temporally .v file. 

 

But User Flash Memory generation without initial value was successfully end. 

 

Does anybody have advice for me? 

 

My environments are following 

Quartus II Ver 12.1 SP1 

Device is MAX II EPM570T100C5 

Windows 7 Professional

I found my mistake that I used hex file without Intel format. 

 

After correct file, MegaWizard worked well.
