Hi Lads,
I wonder if anyone can give me some advice in the following issue or may be tell me who you handle this: When I compile my verilog code it produces loads of warning, which are not really required like "truncated signal", "loss of borrow or carry"... I used to suppress them via the message suppression manager. Either I suppress all similar warnings which is too general. If I choose extactly this message, but then the message pops up, if the line number changes due to editing. Can I create a suppression filter, with the instance/signal names, source file name, but without the line number? Any other suggestions? Thanks Peter BTW: If anybobdy of the Altera Quartus Developers is reading this post. There is a typo in the context menu. Contextmenu, Suppress Message -> Suppression Manager. (There is an s missing): It is spelled "Suppresion Manager" in the context menu.Link Copied
