Migrating from 10M08SAU to 10M08SCU device?

We're currently using a 10M08SAU in a prototype but would like to

migrate to 10M08SCU for certain production versions of the final board.

(Analog features/Pins are not used at all.)

While it's quite obvious how to check if one can migrate from e.g.

10M08SCU -> 10M02SCU using the PinPlanner I havent't found out

how to check how to migrate from SA -> SC family.

Question:

Is it possible to migrate from SAU device to SCU device provided that the analog features and flash are not used?

Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Intel Community. By referring to Max 10 GPIO user guide, you will notice some of the device package is not migratable. You can refer to the user guide, Figure 1 for the migration capability across Intel Max 10 Devices:

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/max-10/ug_m10_gpio.pdf

If the migration is not supported in Pin Planner, you can refer to the video clip below as reference for manually comparison.

Thank you
