ModelSim起動の時のエラーメッセージ

QartusPrimeのバージョンを18.1から20.1にバージョンアップし、
ModelSimを起動するとTranscriptのウインドウの最初の行に赤字で
couldn't open "transcript": permission deniedメッセージが表示されます。
18.1の時は表示有りませんでした。
なおModelSimのシミュレーションは正しく動作しているように思いますが、
この赤字のメッセージが気になりますので、
無視してよいのかどうか含めて教えていただければ幸いです。

What version of Modelsim that you were using? you will have to make sure that the version is correct for Modelsim to be use for Q20.1std.

QuartusLiteSetup-20.1.0.711をダウンロードするときに一緒にModelSimをダウンロードしました。

バージョンはModelSimSetup-20.1.0.711です。

私の質問にこのような問い合わせしか返ってこないということは、私の質問に対して何も確認しないで

機械的に返信したことを疑います。最低でも、私と同じ現象の有無を確認してから返事が欲しいです。

AlteraからIntelに変わってからのサポートの貧弱に困っています。

You can also checked if you have read access to the file/folder? If you are calling within another software, check (1) what is the current working dir and (2) if you have write access to it. Maybe launch this software via cmd.exe from a known working dir.

ModelSimを起動しただけで、ファイルもフォルダもアクセスしてません

Unfortunately, I was not able to duplicate the issue from myside.

I am using Redhat 6. What OS that you were using? Modelsim is quite mature product, most probably due to individual computer environment issue.

We will try to provide you as much as support that we can. Do not worry on this.

今回のエラーに対する回答が、これ以上議論しても無駄と感じました。

再現できないなら、何のエラーかの返事もなく、再現しません、ModelSimは

成熟したソフトとのこと、ならエラーが出ないはず。
