Multiple Qsys files

Is it possible to use two different Qsys modules in a system simultaneously? I have a video system as my main Qsys block and I wanted to attach a dummy video source as a separate Qsys module. (It's emulating an input daughter card that doesn't exist yet.) I tried it and since both Qsys designs pull in the same glue logic files I get module naming collisions. I know I could put the source inside my main Qsys module but it'll be a lot easier to add/remove/duplicate/modify if it's separate so I thought I'd ask.
