Hello,We have made custom qsys system in quartus 14.0 version for the same thing we have written a custom code for Nios II software. We are using FPGA on chip memory for booting of the nios. Nios is not responding after 45min when we power up the board. The board is custom made with Arria V series FPGA. Please help me out to overcome this problem as i am new to this Qsys and Nios II. Thanks in advance.

Do you know if the board is working? Did you try first with a simpler design, like some HDL that flashes a led? Do you get a valid clock signal? If you are using plls, are they locking? Did you check the polarity of the reset signal?

Are you using Nios II/f? Do you have license? If you don't have license, the Nios can stop working after 45mins.
You can try to run on Nios II/e and see whether do you see the same issue or not.
