Output from ROM

Hi guys. 

 

I have problem with my design. My output RX1 from rom only shows "00000000". But actually beside "00000000", it has another value. Why it does not appear? Do you have any opinion regarding my problem. I attach my functional simulation result and my diagram. Thanks in advance.

You'll have to show the rom contents and the addr on the waveform. Otherwise we can only guess. 

There are only 2 possible options: 

1. The addresses are wrong 

2. The rom has the wrong values

that waveforms is small informative. among RX1 "00000000" values there are some. is it "7F"? take a closer look. and you have three clocks. how are they related to?
