POF from Quartus 13.0 can't work on 128Mbits flash but POF from Quartus 11.0 works.

POF from Quartus 13.0 can't work on 128Mbits flash but POF from Quartus 11.0 works.

I used Quartus 13.0 to obtain a POF for 64Mbits and 128 Mbits flash memory, the POF works on EPCS64 but not on 25P28V6P ( compatible 128 Mbits flash memory from ST )

However if I used Quartus 11.0 sp1 to generate another POF ( exactly the same project ), it works on both EPCS64 and 25P28V6P.

I have tried to change the device in Quartus 13.0 settings for EPCS64/EPCS128/EPCQ128 but all three POF can only works on EPCS64 but not on 25P28V6P.

And in Quartus 11.0 sp1 I have chosen EPCS64, the generated POF works on both EPCS64 and 25P28V6P.

So it looks like an issue from Quartus 13.0 itself.

My question is, does anyone have similar problem using Quartus 13.0 ??

If so, how do we make a POF from Quartus 13.0 work for both EPCS64 and 25P28V6P ??
