Hi, A quartus floating license is installed on a server in a US university. When I was in the US, I was able to access the quartus license from outside the university using VPN (Cisco AnyConnect), but I am not able to do so from India. However, I am able to access the floating licenses for other softwares. I can use the quartus software installed on the server using remote desktop, but its very difficult to use due to latency incurred in accessing the display.
Could anyone help me in addressing this problem? Thanks
Can you provide screenshot or any error you came across?
I suspect on slower connections between the license server and your machine. Refer the following links & please try at your end,
