QSYS hangs when adding Hard Processor System and loading files *.qsys

Hello! I have a problem when you add Hard Processor system in QSYS - QSYS hangs http://s019.radikal.ru/i617/1702/1f/103886e7a210.jpg. Also QSYS hangs when opening a file * .qsys, which contains the Hard Processor System, at the stage of "Done reading input file" http://s05.radikal.ru/i178/1702/6b/7375b74e0dc3.jpg or step "Validating" http://s018.radikal.ru/i508/1702/fb/a213b81258b6.jpg. I use the Windows 7 x64, Quartus 13.1.0.162. Who can than help?
