Please help us to find the simulation debug settings to set the breakpoint to generate the embedded memory in QUARTUS II PRIME LITE 18.1 EDITION.

I don't quite understand your questions. Could you help to clarify your question? 

Do you want to set a breakpoint? Or to generate embedded memory? 
Which simulator tool are you using?
