Qsys/Quartus easy way to modify .bsf file?

Hello,

I am wondering if there is a way to modify a .bsf file generated in Qsys without a lot of efford. I mean everytime i generate HDL in Qsys my .bsf file is overwritten even when i uncheck the create block symbol file box.

Nice would be an option where i can say put inputs on the left side, put outputs on the right side, make space between different components and so on.

Or do you now another method to easily modify a block symbol in quartus?
