Quartus 20.04 Abort (core dump) error

I am having trouble getting the Quartus 20.04 software to launch after doing the installation for a Rocky 8 Linux system.

After trying to run the software with ./quartus, the only output is Abort (core dump). I did attach an strace output of the software.

Any help or guidance would be great

Fixed it, was a permissions issue on the directory
