Quartus Design Assistant fails to report violations of rules problem solved?

Three articles in the Intel Knowledge Base say that the Design Assistant may fail to report violation of rules M103, M104 and R105 in Quartus versions 9.0 and later and that this problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.

I was unable to find any information anywhere about this problem being solved in any specific version of the Quartus software.

Is this problem solved? In what Quartus version? Where can I find this information?

No update, thank you for your interest. I don't have the time to check if the Q19.3 Design Assistant has this issue solved.
