Quartus II v.11 error message

Hi all, 

 

I got the following message when executing the "chip planner" command: 

 

Out of memory in module quartus.exe (1024 megabytes used) 

 

fact: 

My computer has 4 gbyte Ram and available 40 gbytes in hard drive. 

 

Can anyone give me a hand?
