Quartus II v13.1 installation error

Hello, 

I searched the forum but didn't find a solution so I decided to ask it here. 

Hope someone can help me with it 

I keep getting an error while installing Quartus. 

I attached a photo of the error. 

Does anyone know what is causing this problem?

Do you try to install at "D:\" ? 

try to install at "D:\altera\" for example.

While this is definitely only a work-around.. Seems like you started Installation of the complete package, maybe you should give it a try to install the individual packages, i.e. download the ModelSim Starter Edition standalone (Download -> Select by Software) and try Installation.
