Quartus Prime Programmer JTAG Error Codes

Hello,

I am attempting to program a 10M50DCF with a Quartus Prime Programmer and a USB Blaster via JTAG.

I have loaded the proper drivers, setup the hardware, and loaded my .pof.

When I hit Start I get the following message:

209053 Unexpected error in JTAG server -- error code 35.

Where can I find the definition of the numerical error code?

Thank you,

Keith

Hey Keith,

I do not think that Altera has the definition of the numerical error code. If anyone has it, I am more than happy if you guys can share :-D Back to your board, are you able to auto detect your JTAG chain? Is .sof programming working for you?

Thanks for the quick reply Vinhael.

I was unable to auto detect the device in the JTAG chain. This led to a discovery that the pinout for the programming header on the board did not match the USB blaster. I was able to correct this and the device programmed as expected.

I would still be interested in a document that covers the error codes if anyone has it.

Thanks!
