Quartus ii Internal Error

Hello, I'm currently using Quartus ii 13.0 software, and everytime I activate a qpf file it sends me an fatal error message. Would you help me to find out the cause and provide a good solution to solve this?

Do you mind to share the design to replicate the issue?

Fyi, this is a bit old Quartus, most of the time, there wont be a fix but we can take a look if there is any feasible workaround.

Have you tried on latest release of your device?
