Hi, I'm using Quartus Prime Lite 23.1 on Linux, and I have a custom preferred editor set. It works fine, except for Verilog .v files. It refuses to open them in my editor, reverting to the built-in editor. Every other filetype seems to work, just not Verilog. VHDL doesn't do this.
This is extremely frustrating. Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks.

Hmmm... That's very strange, now it is working. I removed and added the files back to the project.
This is not the first time this happened... I think there is still some kind of bug but at least it is working now.

What is the custom preferred editor set that you are using? Do you remember any changes you made that might have solved the issue?
Does this occur only on the Linux OS, or does it also happen on different machines/OS?
