Quartus standard edition

I have a project to use Arria V family. I want to confirm that only Standard Edition supports this family. 

I am going to order a "QUARTUS PRIME SEFIX SUBSCRIPTION" listed on Digi-Key for 2995.01. should I receive a dongle key or what?

Yes, Arria V only support by QP Standard Edition
