Quartus web edition free support for Cyclone 2

I have tried to install the older version 13.0.0156 quatus edition  

 

only to see this is subscription only. 

 

are any version of this software a free web addition that supports the cyclone 2 

 

 

can anyone point me in the right direction.

Go toward the bottom of the page to the part labeled "Software Selector". In the left half of the table, click on the version you want. In the right half of the table, click on the "Web Edition" link.

I'm slightly modifying Ted's instructions: 

Under "Software Selector"  

click the "Select by Device" tab 

click "Cyclone II" family 

The right hand table has the Subscription and Web editions that support that family.
