Welcome to INTEL forum. Starting from Oct 15th, 2021 Intel has announcing of a single Ordering Part Number to replace the existing 13 Ordering code. Refer here https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/pcn/adv2127.pdf   

Note that all 3 software tools (Intel Quartus Prime Standard, Pro and Questa-Intel FPGA Edition (paid)) are included in the purchase. Customers can choose Float or Fixed in the Self-Service Licensing Center. Questa licenses (like ModelSim-Intel FPGA Edition) can also be used for float or fixed.

Thank you for your prompt support! I'm trying to place an order, but it's not working. It won't move forward after adding the product in the shopping cart. Is it because you don't sell it to Japanese customers? (2021-08-283)

Can you tell us Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software, New Purchases, Fixed-node subscription, 1 Year [SW-PE-QRTS-FIX] is available to Japanese customers or not? If available can you tell us how to obtain it? We cannot move forward in your online shop. (2021-08-283)
