ROM issue

i want to use ROM in dsp builder design in cyclone II EP2C70 device. 

i know we can use hexadecimal file and save it dsp builder directory for recal it in the ROM, for use in dsp design, during compilation.  

but the problem is i do not know how to use hexadecimal or memory initialization file to save a frame(snap) in it, to save it in the ROM, and recall it during the compilation process. 

 

can any body know how can we save a frame in the hexadecimal or memory initialization file? 

please help me
