Each time I change a file (RTL, etc) outside of the Quartus-II, a window pops up asking whether I want to reload it in Quartus-II. What settings should I do so that the file will be reloaded automatically? Thank you!
So you have the file open in Quartus, even though you're editing it elsewhere. Right? Then I'd expect you to see such a message. Make sure you don't have it open in Quartus (I'm not sure why you'd need to). There's no setting in Quartus, to automatically update a file - that's open in Quartus - that's been changed elsewhere.
