Schematic symbol description

I have not found any kind of description of the schematic entry parts through the help, for instance whether the load and clear inputs to the 8count are synchronous or asynchronous. Is there a reference somewhere for such information?

i'm not sure what the 8count block actually is, but i recommend using the MegaWizard and creating an Arithmetic > LPM_COUNTER where you can specify the counter parameters and synchronous or asynchronous reset
