Hello!
I've just created an account on Microsoft Azure as it is mentioned on instruction https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/azure-sign-in-faq.html
When I try to log in here https://licensing.intel.com/ I see the message "Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Intel Corporation' and cannot access the application '0000000c-0000-0000-c000-000000000000' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account."
What should I do next to recover access to my FPGA software licenses on Intel?
Thank you!

Hi. The issue has not been solved yet.
I filled the form on the link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/forms/support/my-intel-sign-on-support.html
In the Customer Support told me that they didn't find my account in the system and can not help me with my problem (Tenant Issue).
And also they told that "the application is not part of supplier.intel.com, I would recommend to contact customer support here Frequently Asked Questions."
It seems the support team which is responsible for FPGA self licensing only could restore my email to system and restore my old account here.
For information. My company bought 4 licenses by Altera in 2015 when Altera was not yet a part of Intel. In ~2017 my account was successfully moved to Intel.com. Last time I visited it few years ago on Intel.com.
