I'm using Signal Tap 2 for the first time, and it is nice and all, but the GUI is very temperamental. If click on anything but menus with the mouse, it will go away for several seconds, and take most of the system with it. I can alt-tab and bring up the list of open programs, but it won't switch to them. If do a CTRL-ALT-DEL and come back it seems to fix it.
Anyone else seeing these problems. I didn't find anything in the Knowledge Base or in a quick search of the forums.Link Copied

The solution to fix this was to delete quartus2.ini and quartus2.qreg in your home directory, restart and signaltap runs OK.
